Receive Your Welcome Packet
After your call, you'll receive a secure welcome email with your service agreement and document checklist.

Gather Your Documents
Use the checklist below to collect everything you'll need. Make sure copies are clear and legible.

Submit Securely
Email your documents to our secure inbox or upload them through the secure link in your welcome packet.

Review & Kickoff
We confirm receipt within 1 business day and schedule your kickoff session to begin the work.

What to gather
Having these ready before you submit speeds up onboarding and helps us start working on your file right away.
Government-Issued Photo ID
A clear copy of your driver's license, state ID, or passport.
Proof of Address
A recent utility bill, lease, or bank statement (within the last 60 days).
Recent Credit Report
A current report from all 3 bureaus (free at annualcreditreport.com).
Signed Service Agreement
Returned after your discovery call — we'll email it to you.
