10-Week Youth Leadership Program

Who It's For

Designed for middle and high school students who are ready to build confidence, strengthen leadership skills, prepare for adulthood, and become positive influences within their schools and communities.

Program Description

The Junior Stars Youth Leadership Program develops tomorrow's leaders through interactive workshops, mentorship, community service, financial literacy, communication, conflict resolution, goal setting, etiquette, college readiness, career exploration, entrepreneurship, and civic engagement. Students participate in hands-on activities that promote character development, responsibility, teamwork, and leadership while creating a portfolio of achievements that prepares them for future opportunities.

Summer Leadership Academy

Who It's For

Open to students entering grades 8–12 who want to maximize their summer by developing leadership skills, preparing for college and careers, earning volunteer service hours, and connecting with positive mentors and peers.

Program Description

The Junior Stars Summer Leadership Academy is an engaging three-week experience designed to inspire students to dream bigger and lead with purpose. Participants explore leadership development, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, college preparation, public speaking, community service, team-building, career exploration, personal branding, wellness, and life skills through interactive workshops, guest speakers, educational field experiences, and collaborative projects. Students leave the academy with increased confidence, practical life skills, and a personalized action plan for future success.

HBCU Readiness Program

Who It's For

Ideal for high school students interested in Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) who want to strengthen their college applications, scholarship opportunities, and overall college readiness.

Program Description

The HBCU Readiness Program prepares students for a successful transition into higher education by focusing on college admissions, scholarship searches, financial aid, essay writing, interview preparation, campus life, leadership development, and academic success strategies. Students also explore the rich history and traditions of HBCUs while learning how to identify colleges that align with their personal, educational, and career goals.

Duration: 8 Weeks

College & Career Readiness Program

Who It's For

Designed for high school students preparing for graduation, college, military service, trade schools, apprenticeships, or direct entry into the workforce.

Program Description

The College & Career Readiness Program equips students with the knowledge and confidence needed to successfully transition into adulthood. Participants receive guidance on career exploration, resume writing, interview preparation, financial literacy, workplace professionalism, networking, time management, college admissions, scholarship planning, internships, entrepreneurship, and workforce development. The program empowers students to make informed decisions while developing the skills necessary to thrive in college, careers, and life.

Registration & Payment Information

Enrollment in all Ivy's Game Changers and Junior Stars programs requires registration. Once your registration has been reviewed and accepted, an invoice will be emailed with payment instructions. Program materials, schedules, and orientation information will be provided after payment has been received. Payment plans may be available for select programs.
